Key Functions and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the company’s social media and marketing strategies. Building, maintaining and strengthening professional relationships with our clients. Managing strategies and overcoming cross functional work areas targeted to resolve issues raised by clients. Manages the client’s needs and service operations, which deals directly with clients and is the first point of contact. Develops and implements processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency. Identify client and industry needs and develop new service lines.

Minimum level of Education/ Qualifications Required:
Bachelors’ degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent.
Work Experience:
Minimum 3 years’ experience as Client Relationship Manager, social media and business development
