We are looking for an experienced, motivated Marketer to manage our deals and events.
This position will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of business goals, effective people coordination, and raising our bar for Events and deals quality.
Key job responsibilities
• Support the growth of existing deal events and identify improvement levers.
• Improvement of existing processes and initiation of new tools/processes to drive automation for our events and offerings.
• Ongoing deal selection quality checks and identification of optimization potential for our customers across teams
• Coordination of all departments and stakeholders teams that take part in the event creation process
• Coordination and further development of existing tracking and reporting tools and training across teams.
• Ongoing performance analysis of current and past deal events, driving action plans and driving these to make it happen at senior management level.
• Manage the end to end coordination and execution of deal events
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Bachelors degree
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
