Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market presence.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, and present them to senior management.
- Oversee contract negotiations and close deals to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role within the packaging industry.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques, and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
