We are recruiting for a Maternity, Paediatric and NNICU Unit Manager for a wonderful client around the Durban area!
Our client is looking for an experienced Unit Manager to take over the wards within their +-200 bedded private hospital in KwaZulu-Natal that have a great nursing team to provide top quality maternal, paediatric, and neonatal care!
The following requirements are a prerequisite to be considered for the position:
•B.Cur/Diploma in Nursing & Midwifery
•Postgraduate Diploma in Nursing Administration
•Registered with SANC
•3-5 years’ experience as a Unit Manager
•Experience in Maternity, Paediatrics, NICU & Nursery unit will be advantageous
•Sound financial knowledge and the ability to interpret financial data
