Requirements:
•National Diploma or degree in Quality related field - Food Technology, Biotechnology.
•Statistical Process and Quality Control Procedures knowledge is a pre-requisite.
•5+ years experience in a senior position – quality related, is preferable
•Knowledge of ISO and related requirements is a necessity.
•Extensive laboratory experience in a manufacturing environment.
•Intermediate Microsoft Excel & Office knowledge and application
