We are seeking an experienced Finance Lead to oversee our financial operations and drive financial strategy within our organization. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to contribute to the company's overall success.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with department heads to develop accurate and comprehensive financial plans. Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to provide accurate and timely reporting of financial results. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with local regulations and international accounting standards. Develop financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses to assess financial performance, identify trends, and evaluate business metrics. Establish and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets, mitigate financial risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards. Coordinate internal and external audits, liaise with auditors, and address audit findings and recommendations in a timely manner. Manage cash flow projections and working capital requirements to support daily operations. Provide strategic financial guidance and insights to senior management and key stakeholders to support decision-making, business planning, and strategic initiatives. Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment. Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities. Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and reporting requirements, including VAT, corporate income tax, and payroll taxes. Promote a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement within the finance function. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations. Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, regulatory authorities, and business partners. Lead or participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management to support business objectives and drive continuous improvement. CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional accounting qualification (CA/CIMA/ACCA/SAIPA) Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles. Strong understanding of internal controls, risk management, and financial reporting processes. Experience working in multinational corporations or large-scale organizations preferred. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. Proven leadership abilities with a track record of building high-performing teams and driving results in a dynamic business environment. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, integrity, and adherence to deadlines in financial reporting and analysis. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
