MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS ROLE WILL BE : (of course there will be others as the job, and you grow)
- Maintaining outstanding customer service and excellent customer relations
- Capturing and loading orders from customer via telephone and / or email
- Managing Customer back-orders and updating all relevant parties
- Administering and maintaining all documents pertaining to our customer’s orders
- Co-ordinating delivery requirements with the Distribution team
- Ensuring that our deliveries are made in accordance with our objective of satisfying our Customer’s requirements
- Providing Customers with required reports (Daily / Weekly / Monthly)
- Preparing Price Increase Letters
- Updating and ensuring Customer Information in SAP is correct
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE DO YOU NEED TO APPLY?
- Matric certificate with Mathematics. Diploma or Degree is advantageous
- 3 years working experience in a Customer Service or similar role
- Excellent Computer Skills – EXCEL (SAP will be advantageous)
