ENVIRONMENT:
Take on the dynamic position of Chief Marketing Officer within a UK-based Tech Group, where your ambition and tenacity are highly valued. Your primary responsibilities will involve developing and executing communication and investment strategies to retain and expand the current customer base. As CMO, you will be accountable for shaping the overall strategies of diverse marketing teams, requiring you to establish an effective organizational framework to leverage opportunities and enhance return on investment (ROI). Your role will also involve overseeing and positively influencing the Marketing department’s contribution to the company’s overarching goals and objectives. DUTIES: Responsible for Marketing, including: Performance Marketing across multiple channels including Facebook, Google, Networks & ASO Brand/positioning and Product Marketing Creative Services production of well-fitting and high-performing creatives Platform relations (i.e., Apple & Google) Community Management (including social media and influencer activity) Ownership of all existing Customer Touchpoints Promotional and Communication Strategy Planning and Execution Automation and Journey Structure Definition Brand/positioning and Product Marketing Working closely with the Creative Studio to ensure production of well-fitting and high-performing creatives. Work with the leadership team to agree high-level Marketing strategy/plans and goals/targets that drive profit and complement business objectives. Set the overall strategy for Marketing to keep being ahead of competitors in terms of functional expertise, tracking and marketing systems. Develop/review/refine Marketing strategies for each site including product positioning, pillars, campaign roadmaps and media/channel mix with a view to increasing ROI. Reporting of Marketing performance to the leadership team. Guardian of the Company’s corporate image. Lead, coach, develop and support direct and in-direct reports. Manage the creative process and balance this with business needs. REQUIREMENTS: Leadership experience > 5 years. Experience of brand strategy and marketing campaigns, including communications. Technical understanding of tracking and reporting systems. Analytical competencies / mindset. Growth focussed, goal-oriented individual. Able and willing to lead from the front, getting “hands on” as required. A diplomatic and professional approach, able to gather and share information in an energetic and inclusive manner, while dealing effectively with challenging situations. A people person who enjoys managing teams and cares about their team’s welfare, as well as their output. Ideally passionate about Casinos and Casino Content.
