Hire Resolve is currently seeking a Financial Manager to join our client’s team in the Radio and Media industry. As a Financial Manager, you will play a crucial role in analyzing daily financial activities, providing advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans, and ensuring the company’s financial health is maintained and improved.
Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance. Create and implement strategies to optimize the company’s financial performance and reduce costs. Provide financial advice and guidance to upper management. Monitor cash flow and financial transactions to ensure proper allocation of funds. Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes and ensure they are aligned with company goals. Manage accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Professional certifications such as CA, CIMA, and SAICA 3-4 years of experience in financial management within the radio and media industry, or similar Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Excel. Good understanding of tax regulations and compliance. Ability to effectively communicate and present financial information to stakeholders. Passion for the industry
