Overview:
We are looking for a passionate, results driven, ambitious individual who is looking for personal future growth to join a dynamic planning team in assisting with supply chain and purchasing processes of the company in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner. The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include analysing, strategizing, learning product roadmaps and reporting on current and future product demand plans, SKU master-data and analysing inventory. Attention to detail is key as well as excellent people skills and ability to build sustainable relationships.
Responsibilities:
• Management of Master Data
o Receive new prices lists from OEM’s and review for any new models to be added on the SKU creation process.
o Maintain item master data by checking for discrepancies (sku codes, brand, OEM, category, description, barcodes etc.).
o Review and maintain Qlik sense/SAP sales data checking for any missing mandatory fields.
o Compile action item lists of discrepancies to be aligned with sales and planning.
• Sourcing of Accessories
o Weekly sourcing of accessories from suppliers.
o Compile accessories report in neat and presentable manner (Excel, PowerPoint) to be shared with sales teams on a weekly basis.
o Follow up on forecast and purchase orders.
• Weekly PSI Reporting
o Share PSI report weekly with OEM’s to ensure visibility and collaboration on stock levels and requirements.
o Daily, Weekly stock Sell out analysis VS Forecasts.
• Management of Type Approvals and Certificates
o Source test certificates and ICASA.
o Apply for type approval on relevant portal.
o Track and manage process from start to finish until foreign certificates are obtained.
• Analytics of inventory and preparation of various daily, weekly, and monthly procurement reports.
• Placing, checking, and expediting of Purchase Orders.

Experience/Knowledge:
• Qualification/Certification in supply chain, logistics would be advantageous.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a planning/analytical role using Excel and ERP system (SAP, JDE etc.)
• Experience in collecting and analysing data.
• Excellent Microsoft Knowledge (Excel is a must and intermediate user).
• Experience on SAP would be an advantage.
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
