We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting our department’s daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of our HR-related processes.

• Administering HR/IR events and meetings
• Maintaining employee files & data capturing
• Recruitment and Selection
• Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department
• Administration of group succession plan
• Management of the time and attendance process
• Full function Human Resources Administration and weekly/monthly/quarterly and yearly reporting
• Updating and collating of the company policies and procedures manual
• Administration of group uniform/ordering and management
• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and minutes of meetings
• Payroll Administration

Minimum Requirements:-
• Matric Certificate
• Higher Certificate in Human Resources an or 1 years’ experience in Human Resources/Business Administration
• Candidate must be available immediately
