We are currently on a search for a Spares Advisor to join the largest manufacturer and distributor of major appliances in Southern Africa, to be based in Polokwane.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintaining high service levels, coordinating service partners.
- Booking of service calls.
- Scheduling and closing of service calls daily and providing feedback.
- Briefing and debriefing of service partners.
- Maintaining a 4-day turnaround time.
- Running progress reports daily.
- Running of technician inventories and counting stock.
- Improving customer satisfaction by calling customers.
- Processing of service exchanges.
- Coordinating deliveries of service exchanges.
- Selling and maintaining service exchange database.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Applicants with Matric.
- SAP experience will be advantageous.
- Excel and Microsoft Word are essential.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Strong administration skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to complete tasks in high-paced environments.
- Ability to handle pressure.
- Prior experience in a service advisor or customer service preferred.
