Job Purpose: The Operations Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the administrative functions within the PnS Group. This role involves coordinating with various internal teams, ensuring smooth operation of day-to-day tasks, and providing essential support to ensure the department runs smoothly and efficiently.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with project management tools and software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Knowledge of administrative processes and best practices.
