As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the consumer marketing strategies for multiple product categories and market segments. You will bring your proven creative, analytical and project management capabilities to imagine, plan, implement and optimize customer campaigns.
Key job responsibilities
• Possess a deep understanding of all traffic-driving mechanisms and actively engaging in optimization of those channels for the business.
• Analyze customer cohorts and drive initiatives to improve growth in key customer segments.
• Collaborate with internal teams and brands to drive test and learn campaign mechanics.
• Conduct in-depth analyses on site initiatives.
• Develop the category’s style guidelines, merchandising calendar, promotions.
• Grow customer acquisition, engagement (frequency of shopping, basket building, spend per customer) and retention through exceptional marketing execution. Measure impact of marketing initiatives and continuously improve and optimize performance.
• Present to senior management externally and internally
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Bachelors degree
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
