Job Description
A world-renowned organisation is looking for a Business Optimisation Specialist to join this organisation. The main purpose of the role is to identify and implement systems and/or process improvement interventions that meet the business change requirements.
Your key responsibilities will include, but is not limited to:
To understand business change needs. To identify and implement system and/or process improvement interventions. Embed a culture of efficient systems utilisation; understand, analyse master Data. Execute improvement projects following gap analysis on processes.
Core Deliverables
Systems integration projects:
To co-develop requisite business systems’ programmes, policies, and procedures, and ensure implementation thereof. To contribute to the implementation of business solutions within agreed quality, time, and cost parameters. To identify and execute cost saving projects.
Stakeholder Management
To be the “go to business contact” and support the business to utilise systems optimally in the enhancement of business operations (efficiency). Review SLA of service providers in order to optimize service delivery. To understand the needs of multiple stakeholders, facilitate negotiations of requirements of multiple stakeholders, and assist business stakeholders to utilize business best practise in support of an operationally excellent culture. to support the future to ensure the best interest of company.
Key Competencies:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Microsoft Dynamics AX demonstrated experience. Systems Analysis — Determining how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes. Judgment and Decision Making evaluating various sources of data and deciding on applicable ones for business optimisation. Critical Thinking — Using logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems. Converting complex data sets into graphs and charts for easy trend tracking Presentation skills.
Requirements:
Business management degree or equivalent. 5 years' demonstrated experience supporting a manufacturing/operation environment. 3 to 5 years of data analyses and report compilation. 2 to 3 years of operational auditing experience. Experience in quality assurance and continuous improvement.
