We are looking for a Senior Automotive Project Estimator based in Gqeberha.
Take on challenging tasks:
- Understanding technical requirements of clients in
the automotive industry. - Creating of concept solutions required for
potential projects. - Checking of concept solution feasibility.
- Performing engineering calculations to determine
required equipment and material specifications. - Costing of hardware and labour required for
potential projects. - Preparing and formatting of offer
documentation. - Preparing and formatting of sales concept
presentations. - Completing project offers according to
customer driven timing. - Developing and creating of tools to improve
the efficiency of project costing and offer
creation. - Working with engineers and project teams to
identify areas of improvement for future project
offers.
Your skills:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in automotive or
project engineering advantageous. - Engineering based qualification required (NDip or
higher). - Experience in project costing advantageous.
- High degree in computer literacy in MS Office.
- Very good analytical, verbal and written
communication skills - Pro-active work ethic.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Goal driven.
