Responsibilities
: Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's overall business goals Sourcing and qualifying suppliers Negotiating contracts with suppliers Managing supplier relationships Managing the procurement budget Developing and implementing procurement policies and procedures Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations Providing leadership and direction to the procurement team Reporting on procurement performance to senior management
Qualifications:
10+ work experience in the supply chain (FMCG) is an ideal senior management position. Proven management skills with the ability to optimize team *performance and development Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage, negotiate and manage key stakeholders and suppliers
Key Skills: Strong and confident negotiator with the ability to negotiate at all levels Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
