CTU Training Solutions require a facilitator to present classes in Municipal Finance Manager at all CTU campuses nationally. The facilitator must have:
A minimum of three (3) years relevant occupational experience and should be actively involved within the municipal sector.
OR
Should have completed at least a NQF level 8 qualification related to the municipal sector.
OR
Should have completed at least a NQF level 7 qualification related to the finance management and 8 years of experience within the municipal sector.
- Lecturing:
- Planning and managing of weekly classes
- Preparation and delivery of learning content
- Consultation on practical projects
- Develop learning material if required
- Organize additional workshops and field trips
- Assessment of formative and summative assessments.
- General academic administration:
- Recording of student attendance
- Identify students at risk
- Set up additional support for students
- Record student results
- Present the qualification at open days
- At least a NQF 6 in Public Service Administration
- 3 years industry experience
- 3 years lecturing experience
