Providing first-line support to clients and sales support such as:
1. Rendering client services.
2. Administrating claims.
3. Advising clients.
4. Office administration.
5. Documentation and filing.
Educational requirements:
Technical requirements:
- Recognised qualification as per the FSCA.
- RE 5.
- Registration as an Employee Representative (FSCA).
Experience:
- 2 years in the insurance industry.
- 1 year client services.
- 1 year experience in category A, B, C and retail benefits (advantageous).
