In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts in the technical industry. You will work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide them with customized solutions to meet their needs. Your technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills will enable you to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
Manage and develop key client accounts in the technical industry Understand clients’ technical requirements and provide tailored solutions Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services Track and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth Prepare and present technical proposals to clients Provide post-sales support and address any client concerns or issues
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field 3-5+ years Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role Deep understanding of technical products and services Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills Analytical mindset to track market trends and competitor activities Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software Willingness to travel as needed
