JOB DESCRIPTION:
As an Ad Ops Specialist, you will efficiently manage digital campaign trafficking, monitoring, and reporting for your client(s). This includes collaboration with publishers, creative agencies, and internal agencies.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be responsible for the technical coordination of trafficking digital campaigns as well as monitoring and reporting for your client(s). This will include:Trafficking servicesTrafficking management with publishersMonitoring of ongoing campaigns, anomaly detection and analysis of a range of performance indicatorsCampaign reporting.Setting up campaign post site trackingMonitoring and managing ad serving costs. Constant improvement of campaign delivery and reporting opportunities. Troubleshooting with any campaign management, trafficking, and reporting related issues.
Qualifications
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Understanding of agency reporting and optimization processes. Knowledge of the local digital publisher landscape. Knowledge and experience of digital ad servers (trafficking and reporting), such as Sizmek, DoubleClick Campaign Manager, Adform, etc. Knowledge and experience of brand safety and viewability tools such as DoubleVerify, IAS, Moat, etc. Knowledge and experience of live reporting dashboards such as Datorama. Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines. Ability to analyse data and provide insightful recommendations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Detail-orientated with exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
