Brand new opportunity! A hospital in Pretoria is looking for a Nurse Manager Specialised. If

Requirements:
? You will be responsible for driving and implementing the nursing function within the
specialized nursing units.
? Effective building of relationships with internal/external stakeholders. Ensuring
productive working relationships with key external stakeholders
? Degree / Diploma in Nursing & current registration with SANC
? Formal post-basic qualification in a specialized area.
? Post-graduate qualification and or a Master's degree will be advantageous
? 5 years of proven leadership and management experience this includes the
understanding of relevant legislation and regulations relating to the healthcare
industry and the nursing profession (e.g. Nursing Act ) (R158) Comprehension of the
private healthcare funding model in RSA.Understanding of DoH requirements as it
relates to private hospitals and nursing (DoH core standards)
? Understand nurse resource management - labour hours
