Key Responsibilities - Motivating and coaching sales staff to ensure business sales targets are achieved.
- Managing team members KPI's & targets.
- Support to increase sales through training and coaching of the sales team.
- Create & implement sales incentives to improve sales and cross sell opportunities.
- Give feedback on call structure and closing skills to ensure quality is maintained.
- Develop action plans to increase performance and productivity of under-performing team members.
- Continually look for ways to increase sales and improve efficiency.
- Identify missed opportunities.

Requirements - Minimum 3 5 years Sales Team Management experience with a solid track record.
- Experience in working with the UK market advantageous
- Credit clear.
- Able to start in 2 weeks
- Able to work UK shifts up until 7/8pm
- Transport provided
