ProStaffSelect are in search of an ORGANISED, TEAM-FOCUSED, and highly CREATIVE Senior Sous Chef to assist with overseeing daily production and kitchen operations, and to manage a skilled team of chefs, ensuring exceptional culinary standards and to showcase the culinary signature of an award-winning brand.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Culinary Arts / Professional Cheffing (Hot, Cold AND Pastry) from recognized Chef Schools
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as SOUS and previously Chef Tournant in charge of 2 or more sections
- Five star / Fine Dining / Eat Out brigade experience essential
- Own transport with a valid driver’s license
