Job Description:
Join a leading provider in the heavy haulage and crane hire industry, specializing in Mobile Crane Hire, Rigging Services, Crane Truck Hire, and Transport and Heavy Haulage.
Key Performance Areas:
- Generate various reports, including overtime, leave, sick leave, and training reports.
- Ensure all HR administration for new hires and exiting employees is completed in a timely manner and well-maintained for record purposes.
- Assist with other ad hoc HR duties as required from time to time.
- Manage employment contracts.
- Handle warnings (verbal & written).
- Oversee disciplinary notices and hearings.
- Manage suspensions and dismissals.
- Assist employees with all HR related queries.
- Engage with CCMA processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Grade 12 Qualification.
- Must be computer literate (MS Office – Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook).
- Post-matric qualification (HR National Diploma).
- Knowledge of relevant software.
- Understanding of Labour Law legislation.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 2 - 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good people management skills.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Own vehicle and licence.
