Store manager
Supervise staff and serve customers by showcasing products in-store. The store manager needs to complete store operational duties by scheduling and assigning employees, and following up on staff work results. Ensure bank balancing and cash-ups are done, as well as take responsibility for daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Understand customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers. Embed policies and procedures with staff. Handle customer complaints in-store as well as over the phone. Engage with different departments within the Group.

- Proven working experience as a retail store manager (Experience in the furniture industry will be advantageous)

- Strong computer literacy skills – Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook

Requirements:
- Std 10 / Grade 12
- Retail: 5 years
- Own transport
