Summary of the Position
The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual who will fill the role of Store Manager, responsible for providing exemplary customer service through product showcasing and overseeing staff operations. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to scheduling and delegating tasks to employees, monitoring their performance, and ensuring efficient store operations. The role entails maintaining accurate bank balances, conducting cash-ups, and preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Establishing strong customer relationships, enforcing company policies and procedures, addressing customer concerns both in-store and telephonically, and fostering collaboration with various departments within the group are also vital aspects of the position.

- 5 years of previous retail management experience will be advantageous
