11. Reconciliation of Accounts and sending Month end Statement to dealers.
12. Send Monthly Reports to Head Office.
13. Liaise with Head Office.
14. Answer the telephone.
15. Direct drivers to required locations
16. Do Daily Cash-up and send Daily Reports to Head Office
17. Handle all Customer queries. Cash as well as email.
18. Must be composed and not easily scared.
19. Must be able to work according to Work Instructions as set out by the Department of Transport
