Reporting into the Executive Manager Human Resources, the incumbent will be responsible for the execution of the companys human resources strategy, with a specific focus on workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, employee value proposition as well as learning and development.
Requirements:
- B Degree (BCom, or HR Management)
- 4 Years related operational HR Business Partner experience in a retail and/or agricultural retail related industry
- Ability to engage and effectively communicate with a high level of proficiency at different levels of the organisation
- Strong administrative skills and an eye for detail
- Own transport and willingness to travel.
