Are you someone who can:
- Achieve the Net Income Return for the Business as defined in the Financial Performance Report of the Business.
- Drive an increase in average balance of a specific portfolio of assets as defined in the Financial Performance Report of the business.
- Drive an increase in average balance of a specific portfolio of liabilities.
- Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions.
- Manage existing clients and grow the portfolio by generating leads through the Net Promoter Tool.
- Maintain expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices, and provide proactive advice and solutions to relevant stakeholders.
- Manage the growth of the active customer account base to increase the client base.
- Maximize business portfolio cross-sell opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
- Manage the migration of accounts from transactional to self-service.
- Define a sales portfolio growth strategy in line with predetermined growth targets, determined annually through competitor analysis and developing sales initiatives that align with various segment strategies.
- Ensure effective data management by addressing expired limits against set targets.
- Prepare credit proposals for review by the Credit Product House.
- Monitor and evaluate the organization’s success in managing its legal and compliance risks for the Portfolio of Business Accounts.
- Improve business decisions by providing accurate and reliable business intelligence and analyzing trends and data.
- Manage own development to increase competencies.
- Plan and manage performance, skills development, employment equity, talent, and culture of the team to improve innovation, achieve efficiencies, and increase competencies.
You will be an ideal candidate if you:
- Must have an NQF level 5 qualification/degree (preference).
- A minimum of 3-5 years within a Home Loans sales environment, with a good knowledge of the residential lending (Home loans) environment and an understanding of the credit environment impacting residential lending.
