Examinations Manager, Uxbridge - Richmond - Harrow, up to £45,000 per annum, Office Based
Your new role
In your new role, you will be responsible for the management of the Examinations department. You will be covering 3 different sites in Uxbridge, Richmond and Harrow, so you will be expected to travel to each location at least once a week. Your main responsibilities will include:
- To make a significant and informed contribution to the departmental strategy, highlighting key areas or processes that fit in with objectives.
- To manage the team to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the examination administration.
- To establish strong working relationships with other department heads.
- To maintain documentation and training guides.
What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful, you will need:
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent IT skills, including significant experience with MS Office.
- Significant experience of working with a large information database and reporting using MS Excel.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
- Experience of organising and running examinations and a knowledge of examining bodies.
