Your new role
As a Customer Service Executive, your roles and responsibilities are as follows -
Ensuring all customer information and orders are logged into the CRM system and managed daily distributionHandling telephone and email enquiries Keeping in line with agreed delivery dates and ensuring this is maintainedManaging the end-to-end process including details regarding dispatch and deliveryProcessing quotes to send to customersLiaising daily with the warehouse team and following logistics guidelines which include self-auditors Support the flow of goods at all stages
What you'll need to succeed You must hold a full driving licence and a 2:1 bachelor's degree in any discipline. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills with previous experience handling customer interactions via telephone and email. You will be confident working within a team and liaising with other departments day to day and be able to collaborate effectively.
What you'll get in return This role is paying an annualised salary of £28,000 plus a £2,700 area allowance (£30,700 in total) with a quarterly bonus (Guaranteed £4,000 in year one).
