Service Advisor required for a dealership based in East London
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Greet customers and assess their service needs.
- Schedule service appointments and manage the service calendar.
- Communicate with customers about repair status, estimates, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with technicians to understand service requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history.
- Provide outstanding customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Promote service specials and additional services to customers.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; automotive background preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to service excellence.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems is a plus.
