Core Description
Responsible for the establishment, design and implementation and continuous functioning of the SAP Business Model including: SAP COE partner network, Le arning and Development, SAP Certifications, SAP Licencing, Contract Management, Resource Management, SAP Helpdesk
Key Deliverables / Primary Functions
- Effectively provide input in the budget process on a continuous basis
- Accurately interpret the financial reports in alignment with BCX’s policies and standards
- Constantly provide insightful input in the production of forecasts
- Continuously ensure the financial management of cost of sales and operational expenditure to achieve approved budgeted PBIT
- Perform monthly forecasting of cost of sales and operational expenditure with the support of the SAP Leadership and Finance
- Perform financial projections and forecasts as well as create and manage a budget for one’s areas of responsibility.
- Effectively support Learning & Development and supervise SAP learnership programmes
- Adhere to corporate policy and initiatives to meet transformation targets at all times
- Continuously contribute to improving organisational culture and climate in line with the BCX DNA by implementing investment in people principles; e.g. proper Induction of new/transferred employees in alignment with BCX’s policies and procedures

Minimum Qualifications
NQF 6: 3 year Degree/ Diploma/ National Diploma in IT/Business/Commerce or Human Resources
OR NQF 4: Grade 12
Additional Education -Preferred /Advantage
Experience
- 5 years’ experience with a minimum of 4 years’ exposure to operations & resource management within an IT professional services environment (Preferably within a SAP Consulting environment) of which at least 2 years at management level. Incumbent must have proven business acumen with experience in C-suite stakeholder engagement.
OR
7 years’ experience with a minimum of 4 years’ exposure to operations & resource management within an IT professional services environment (Preferably within a SAP Consulting environment) of which at least 2 years at management level. Incumbent must have proven business acumen with experience in C-suite stakeholder engagement
