Core Description
Provide leadership and strategic management of the HR & Payroll Solutions business and related service offerings within Solutions. To provide thought leadership and oversee the scoping and planning of innovative HR & Payroll related IT solutions with focus on implementing new and existing cloud solutions to clients across Africa supporting their Digital HR & Payroll strategy. Identifying and developing integration models with third party platforms and best-of-breed ERP HR solutions. Expanding the capability and services by providing outsourced HR & Payroll services to clients in more than 43 countries in Africa.
Key Deliverables / Primary Functions
- Position BCX as a Digital HR and Payroll Technology player in the market as well as a Payroll Outsource provider in more than 43 countries in Africa for local and global clients.
- Define and implement the Digital HR & Payroll Technology and Product Strategy for BCX.
- Develop the HR & Payroll Solutions strategy accounting for current and future market forces and movements, and in alignment with the Solutions strategy.
- Identify innovative HR & Payroll related IT solutions/product sets and define the go-to-market strategy in support of Group strategic drivers.
- Identify third party technology platforms to support the HR & Payroll Solutions Strategy with specific "build or buy" options. Implement a Sales Strategy with the CCO organisation in BCX and support sales initiatives and sales interactions with clients.
- Lead the deployment/provision of HR & Payroll related IT solutions/product sets in alignment with high levels of quality, standards and operability as defined within negotiated and agreed service level agreements, service level parameters or contracts.
- Oversee the delivery and deployment of products in accordance with scope, budget and service level agreements.
- Lead the provision of managed HR & Payroll services in Africa for local and global clients.
- Develop and manage the annual budget and forecasts within defined guidelines, directing and coordinating activities to achieve revenue and cost containment targets

Minimum Qualifications
NQF 6: 3 year Degree/ Diploma/ National Diploma in Business or Information Technology
OR NQF 4: Grade 12
Additional Education -Preferred /Advantage
NQF 4: Grade 12 National Diploma in Sales/Marketing
Experience
- 7 years of experience in HR & Payroll related IT solutions/product sets within a large and highly complex organisation, of which 2 years is at senior management level. Incumbent must have proven business acumen with experience in C-suite stakeholder engagement. Experience should include managing an Outsource Function and providing services to Global and Multi-National clients in Africa.

- 9 years of experience in HR & Payroll related IT solutions/product sets within a large and highly complex organisation, of which 2 years is at senior management level. Incumbent must have proven business acumen with experience in C-suite stakeholder engagement. Experience should include managing an Outsource Function and providing services to Global and Multi-National clients in Africa.
