ProStaffSelect are in search of a WINE FOCUSED RESTAURANT MANAGER to engage with guests, manage service, support the Executive Head Chef and Head Chef who drive a superior culinary experience. For the launching of the new menu in mid to end September 2024 we are looking for a charasmatic, motivated and highly organised manager to lead the team and to provide guests and visitors to the restaurant that something unique and extra – thisis a totally new offering to Stellenbosch.
REQUIREMENTS
WSET Level 2 or Cape Wine Academy qualifications preferred
Restaurant / Hotel Management Diploma a huge advantage
Min 4 years’ Restaurant Management work experience within a quality restaurant / wine estate environment
Exceptional Wine & Food Knowledge and the technical service skills required to top standards
Excellent working knowledge of Coffee Production, Artisan Beers and premium beverages
Outgoing and bubbly personality with excellent people skills
Strong planning and organizational skills and a natural leader.
Highly Presentable candidate who demonstrates confidence (not arrogance) and a commanding presence (positive energy)
