Job Title: Business Development Manager – International Remote Recruitment Specialist
Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for building relationships and working with international clients? We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our innovative remote recruitment team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for prospecting new leads, working with warm prospects, and setting up Zoom meetings with potential clients. Your goal is to introduce our unique services, build strong relationships, and secure job descriptions and signed agreements. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting : Identify and engage international clients who could benefit from our remote recruitment solutions.
Warm Lead Nurturing : Follow up on warm leads and build rapport with potential clients through strategic, insightful outreach.
Conduct Sales Calls : Structure and lead Zoom meetings with international clients, delivering tailored pitches based on their needs.
Active Listening & Relationship Building : Demonstrate exceptional listening skills to understand client pain points and offer solutions that meet their hiring needs.
Job Description Acquisition : Work closely with decision-makers to secure detailed job descriptions and move forward with signed agreements.
Sales Pipeline Management : Organize and manage your leads using a CRM system, ensuring that every opportunity is followed up.
Target Achievement : Consistently hit or exceed monthly targets for signed agreements and new client acquisition.
What We’re Looking For:
International Sales Experience : 3+ years of business development or sales experience, with a focus on international clients.
Sales Call Expertise : Strong ability to structure and lead professional sales calls, with a track record of securing client buy-in.
Exceptional Listening Skills : Ability to actively listen and respond to client needs, crafting solutions that address their challenges.
Relationship Building : Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients.
Results-Oriented : Proven track record of closing deals and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
CRM & Tech Proficiency : Experience using CRM software to track leads, as well as tools like Zoom for virtual meetings.
