Our prominent client, in the transport industry based in Kraaifontein, is currently looking to employ a Transport Administrator with a minimum of 4 – 5 years’ experience within this industry.
You will be responsible for the following but not limited to:
- Handling of administrative queries
- Ensure monthly diesel price and any other adjustments are calculated correctly
- Calculate diesel consumption accurately
- Corresponding with drivers effectively
- Monitor and track driver’s activities
- Vehicle tracking and maintenance of relevant paperwork pertaining to company vehicles
- Load invoices and PODs onto Sage
- Perform high levels of administrative work
- Compile proof of deliveries, invoices, etc.
- Update Excel files with all information required
- Maintain accurate and up to date records of vehicle details, fuel consumption, maintenance logs and relevant data.
Education:
- Matric
- General knowledge of transport operations
- Strong computer competencies, which also involves adequate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) & Sage
- Minimum of 4 – 5 years’ experience within the transport industry
