Purpose of the Role:
To provide strategic recommendations and manage all resources to ensure the Client’s marketing needs are met. The Media Account Director/Client Lead is viewed as a trusted advisor to the client, understands and articulates client business insights, and leverages these to contribute ways to move the business forward. This role involves leading and monitoring day-to-day activities, proactively identifying new business-building insights and opportunities, managing, motivating, and developing the team, and working with other departments to develop and execute strategies that will build the Client’s business.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages the Business: Deliver the service proposition to clients and manage the business end-to-end on individual clients.
- Relationship Management: Own client relationships as per the defined relationship strategy for the client.
- Proactively Identifies Client Development Opportunities: Flag specific client cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Commercial and Service Ownership of Client Relationship: Drive seamless delivery and profitability of the account.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in media account management or a similar role.

- Proficiency in marketing and media planning tools and software.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in media account management or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and delivering business growth.
- Experience in leading and developing a team.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
- Knowledge of digital media and emerging technologies.
