We’re a disruptive, young, and exciting company offering on-demand creative as a service. We enable brands and marketing teams to scale their creative output. As we are growing fast, we require a project coordinator to join our existing creative team. You'll be joining the company at an early stage, so it’s a great opportunity to get involved and play an integral role in our growth.
What you will be doing :
- Once a client is won, work with our Sales lead to take over responsibility as the main point of contact for the client.
- Onboard the client, which includes organizing and becoming familiar with their branding, assets, and overall objectives.
- Collaborate with our Creative lead to ensure briefs are understood, and work with the creative team to ensure timely delivery of client projects.
- Manage team organization and ensure deadlines are adhered to across paid media, social media, video, graphic design, email marketing, and other digital marketing efforts.
- Ensure all projects are managed efficiently from start to finish using tools such as Slack, ClickUp, and Frame.io.
- Oversee and manage marketing teams of more than 10 people, ensuring team members are coordinated and project goals are met.
- Maintain an overview of all clients, creatives, and tasks in queue and progress, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery.
- Manage expectations on both the client and creative side regarding timelines and deliverables.
- React to issues or questions from clients and the creative team as they arise.
- Work comfortably across a variety of clients, industries, and creative briefs.
What we expect you to be / to have :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in roles similar to account manager or project coordinator.
- Must have experience running marketing teams larger than 10 people.
- Technical understanding of digital marketing aspects such as paid media, social media, video production, graphic design, email marketing, etc.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as ClickUp, Slack, and Frame.io.
