Responsibilities: - Event Planning and Execution:
- Plan, organise, and execute a variety of events, including client events, partnership gatherings, youth events on behalf of clients, marketing conferences, and internal company events from beginning to end.
- Collaborate with various teams to prepare comprehensive briefing notes for the companys speakers at conferences, webinars and events and working with design teams to create video and audiovisual material to support presentations and event impact
- Support CEOs EA in travel arrangements for the company team members for events and activations.
- Client and Partnership Engagement:
- Create engaging experiences that enhance client relationships and foster partnerships.
- Marketing and Promotion:
- Utilise social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels to maximise event attendance and visibility, and work with external agencies to ensure success and timely promotion.
- Meticulous attention to detail in management of client lists, invitations and RSVPs.
- On-Site Event Management
- Post-Event Analysis
Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelors degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management, preferably within a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful client, partnership, and marketing events.
- Ability to travel as required for event execution.
