Minimum Desired Experience - 3 5 years IT Technical Sales experience, with emphasis on ICT Client Services (End user devices, Boardroom equipment, end user resources etc)
- 5 7 Extensive Account Management and Sales Experience in the Public Sector within the ICT industry
- Business development experience
- Proven sales track record.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, Revenue and GP Targets

Responsibilities and Accountability - Responsible for 60% hunting and 40% farming (Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers)
- To ensure that revenue and GP targets are met.
- Coordinate with various teams so that the customers expectations are met.
- Upsell the Companys services and solutions.
- To serve as the custodian for the Private and Public Sectors in order to drive overall market share
- To serve as the liaison between the Company and their customers
- To manage market segments, customer base and industry verticals to target.
- To assist in defining and executing the strategic business development plan.
- Manage and identify key customer relationships and pipeline.
- To utilise the internal System in order to track the whole sales process flow
- Will be responsible for attending bi-weekly / monthly meetings and reporting thereof.
- Will be responsible for managing relationships between the Company, Distributors and OEMs
- Ensure end-to-end responsibility and accountability for all tenders brought to the company, from crafting comprehensive cover letters to overseeing meticulous compliance with requirements and ensuring competitive pricing.
