Educational Qualifications and Professional Experience
Bachelors Degree in Nutrition
Proven experience (min 5 years) in marketing and/or product management, preferably in the nutrition or health industry
Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, financial analysis and defining sales budgets
Fluent in English with strong oral and written communication skills
Proven track record of managing a Sales Team or a Marketing Team
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for driving profitability of the P&L for the Division
Developing a local "Go-To Market" Strategy in line with the regional strategy and implementing the aligned sales model and channels, following the Group Strategy and the companys overall vision, mission and values
Breaking down the regional targets received from the Managing Director into targets for local sales teams and individuals
Defining and implementing marketing strategies, segmentation, promotional plans, and pricing strategies
Monitoring performance and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities
Remaining up to date on market conditions, competitors, clients, and any other factors which may affect the business
Establishing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in the industry, foster academic relationships with scientific societies and professionals in the health sector in areas relevant to the various product portfolios
Ensuring the coordination of the division with the functional areas of the local organization and global headquarters (Finance, Controlling, Sales Administration, Quality and Regulatory Affairs, Supply SCM, Customer Services, etc.)
