Requirements:
- BCom in HR or a related field, or equivalent occupational experience, providing you with a solid foundation for success.
- Proven track record of leading and delivering HR functions, demonstrating your ability to drive positive outcomes.
- Extensive experience as an HR Manager specialising in Industrial Relations, showcasing your ability to handle disciplinary actions, retrenchments, and litigations effectively.
- Experience in developing HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance, safeguarding the organization and its employees.
- A passion for talent management, with a track record of attracting, developing, and retaining exceptional talent.
- Knowledge and experience in key regulatory frameworks such as BCEA, LRA, MIBCO, CCMA, and SARS, ensuring legal compliance and mitigating risks.
- Computer literacy to effectively utilize HR technologies and tools.
- Experience working within the automotive manufacturing environment, although not mandatory, would be highly advantageous.
