They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Developer to join their team and help drive their growth and expansion strategies into Africa . Positions are available in the following fields:

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand market share and enhance brand presence in Africa.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients, including government agencies, private sector companies, and renewable energy projects in Africa.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to prepare and present comprehensive proposals and solutions tailored to client needs.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business growth.
- Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to establish and maintain a robust professional network.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring that all terms are favorable to the company and aligned with strategic goals.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities, progress, and forecasts to senior management.
- Willingness to travel extensively in Africa.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, piping, renewable energy, or related industries.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing new business opportunities.
- Strong understanding of the electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, piping, renewable energy, and power infrastructure sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours as required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel within the region.
- A professional network within the industry is highly desirable.
