Hire Resolve is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resource Administrator for a food manufacturing company. As a Human Resource Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and assisting with various HR tasks and processes.

Responsibilities:

Process HR documentation and maintain employee records.
Assist with recruitment activities, such as job postings and candidate screening.
Coordinate and schedule interviews.
Assist with new employee onboarding and orientation.
Handle employee inquiries and provide general HR support.
Assist with benefits administration and maintain accurate data.
Prepare HR reports and assist with data analysis.
Manage employee leave requests and maintain leave records.
Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in an HR administrative role is preferred.
Knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
