Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of five years' experience in Learning and Development
- At least three years' experience in managing people
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology
- Advantage: Postgraduate degree in a relevant field or ETDP certification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP SuccessFactors, SETA systems, and Articulate/Storyline
