Represent our brand by selling products and providing outstanding sales services to customers. Supervise daily operations within the shop, ensuring targets and KPIs are met. Lead and motivate the Shop Consultants to achieve collective goals. Generate and respond to sales leads, implement initiatives to boost sales. Conduct proactive telephone marketing/sales calls (minimum 50 per day). Manage email and telephonic inquiries, offering aftersales support. Identify and engage potential customers, process orders and returns. Assist with payment collections and support credit controllers. Maintain stock levels and optimize product range with the Pick-Up Shop Manager & Shop Controller. Oversee delivery, stock movement, and sales order completion. Enhance the shopping experience through effective visual merchandising. Ensure timely stock takes and make recommendations on surplus and slow-moving items. Handle general shop maintenance and analyze sales reports. Foster good working relationships with colleagues and coordinate customer events. Address customer complaints and perform ad-hoc duties as required. Matric or equivalent qualification. Reside within Port Elizabeth or a 15-20km radius. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (additional South African languages are advantageous). Sales-oriented, goal-driven, and self-motivated. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel); SAP experience is a plus. Quick learner with a high level of commitment and responsibility. Minimum of 3-5 years in sales and/or customer service. Reliable transport and clear disciplinary, criminal, and credit records.
