Pinetown. A Branch Manager opportunity exists for a well-experienced, driven candidate with solid experience in sales management, operations, and budget forecasting and planning. Experience in the Fire and Security industry is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Managing sales and operations activities.
- Ensuring deadlines are met and achieving business goals and revenue targets.
- Finding and converting potential leads into active customers.
- Recruiting employees and subcontractors as needed.
- Managing and mentoring staff.
- Conducting performance reviews.
- Maintaining customer relationships.
- Maintaining company assets within the region, which may include ensuring logbooks for vehicles' running history or maintaining logs of use of company assets.
Requirements:
- Matric.
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
- 8-10 years’ experience in the Fire and Security industry.
- General management experience, including budget forecasts and planning.
- Sales management and operations management experience.
- Administrative experience and well-versed in office and operational practice.
- Proven experience in Customer Relationship Management.
