A leading property company is seeking a Resident Services Associate to be based on a high-end Build-to-Rent development in South-West London. This is a hybrid role that involves aspects of property management and front-of-house/customer service duties.
Overview:
- Location: South West London
- Resident Services Associate Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience
- Working Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off / 7am-7pm
Responsibilities of the Resident Services Associate include:
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors
- Front of house duties including handling incoming calls/enquiries
- Assist with the resident move in and out process
- Complete apartment and appliance inductions
- Handle resident queries and ensure reports are actioned
- Undertake daily and weekly inspections of the building
- Record safety checks, contractor visits and on site reports
- Establish and develop working relationships with suppliers and contractors
- Handle parcels
- Follow procedures
- Maintain and manage petty cash float
- Ensure reception area, lobby and floor corridors are organised and tidy
